1 (9 inch) pie crust

2 oz chopped bacon (or more to taste) *ummm plan on 4-6 strips.

1 small onion

1 bag baby spinach

1 cup shredded cheese

5 large eggs

1 1/4 cups milk

1 tablespoon flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

Pinch ground nutmeg

Ground black pepper

*** you’ll get 2 pie crusts in a pack. Double this recipe and it will freeze beautifully! Make sure to put it in a metal pan instead of pyrex. The glass/ceramic will break when you take it from the freezer and put it in a hot oven. If you forget this, I will cry with you and give you ideas for where to buy other cute pie pans.
